We maintain membership in the Private Companies Practice Section (PCPS) of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA). We also belong to the AICPA's Tax Section. Les Prangley has obtained the Certified Valuation Analyst designation from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
