Leslie N. Prangley III, CPA, CVA

Managing Director

 

Les is the Managing Director of PrangleyMarks,  LLP.  He specializes in business management and communications, business finance, litigation support services, and business valuations. 

 

He graduated from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, MI and joined the firm in the fall of 1968.  From 1970 to 1974 he taught several courses at Aquinas College as a member of the adjunct faculty. 

 

Les is active in several professional organizations including CPA Associates International, Inc., currently he is a member of the Board of Directors.  He was Chairman of the Board from 1995 to 1997.  He has been a member of the American Institute of CPAs since 1970 and is also certified by the National Association of Certified Analysts.

 

Les has been a member of the Michigan Association of CPAs since 1970 and has participated in several committees within the MACPA. In addition to these professional organizations, Les is very active in the Grand Rapids community.  He has served as president and is an active member of such organizations as Blythefield Country Club.  He has served as a member of the Kent County Unit of the American Cancer  Society Board of Directors and was the Founding Chairman of the Annual Walter Hagan Celebrity Golf Tournament which ran for 30 years.  He is a current member of the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce and the Economic Club of Grand Rapids.
