The firm provides professional services for clients in the areas of accounting and auditing, taxation and business consulting services including information technology services. Our clientele is well diversified with many different industries and types of businesses represented.

Accounting and Auditing Services involve the preparation, presentation and analysis of client (reviewed or compiled) financial statements.

Auditing Services involves the expression of an opinion on financial statements prepared by the client.

Tax Services becomes more important to our clients as the complexity and rapid revision of our tax laws evolves.

The Tax Department is involved with researching tax matters for clients, performing tax planning with the client and representing the client in tax examinations conducted by the Internal Revenue Service, State or local units. Services also include extensive estate planning, financial planning, succession planning and assistance in the areas of sales, mergers and acquisitions as well as the necessary tax filings to be in compliance with all taxing authorities.

Litigation and Valuation Services involve assisting in disputes between businesses, governments or individuals. The services rendered may include financial analysis, business valuation, damage theory or computations of lost profits. We are frequently asked to compute lost earnings for individuals involved in personal injury or discrimination cases. Some of these cases lead to courtroom testimony.

Anti-Fraud/Forensic Accounting Services involve assisting in the prevention, detection and deterrence of fraud, resolving allegations of fraud from inception to deposition, gathering evidence, taking statements, writing reports and testifying to findings.

Information Technology Services include assistance with computer systems (hardware and software) selection, system integration design and implementation and follow-up support. We also process, using the latest computer technology, tax return preparation, interim financial statements, and various other financial and management reporting systems.

Business and Personal Consulting Services include strategic planning, accounting systems and controls, operational projections, employee benefit plans and office procedures.

Employment Placement Services provides screening and testing services for filling client employment positions from newspaper and other ad placement up to the hiring decision.
